High-Quality Pellet Extrusion

We feature the Dyze Design Pulsar™ Pellet Extruder driven by a powerful Yaskawa servo motor.  Pulsar™ is a state-of-the-art large-scale and high flow plastic pellet extruder. It was designed with one purpose in mind: 3D printing of parts of 2.25 m³ and more as quickly and as cost-effective as possible.  Pulsar™ can output as much as 500 mm³/s (2.5 kg/h) of materials.  This liquid cooled pellet extruder can print every engineering grade thermoplastic and composite material available on the market. The state-of-the-art, high flow extruder comes with a built-in anti-oozing mechanism that ensures your prints will be flawless every time.

Our newest extruder offering is the RD-M10+ by REV3RD, controlled by a high-performance Yaskawa servo motor. This pellet extruder boasts a water-cooled system, a 16mm screw, and 2000W of heating power, delivering an impressive maximum flow rate. Its uniform heating, coupled with a specialized insulation blanket, ensures rapid melting while maintaining precise temperature control. With a maximum temperature of 500°C, the RD-M10+ can process a wide range of materials. Available exclusively on the RMP-40.

MHZ 2.0

Our own extruder and hotend combo is called the MHZ 2.0. Designed specifically for Compound Dynamics 3D printers, this extruder has an extended heating zone for high volume printing. A Yaskawa servo motor directly drives the extruder, allowing for accurate flow control. This extruder is also large and open, allowing for easy access to all areas.

Max Flow Rate: 200mm³/s

Slice Engineering Mosquito Magnum +

Our standard combo is the Bondtech LGX Pro Metal extruder combined with the Slice Engineering Mosquito Magnum+ hotend.  The Bondtech is adapted to operate with  a Yaskawa servo for precise control of the filament feed.  This industry leading combination provides trouble free printing and takes advantage of the versatility of Slice Engineering’s product line.

The brains of any machine is the control system and we are proud to be using one of the best brands in the Industry.  Yaskawa motion controls are used by some of the largest machine tool producers in the world.

Direct Coupled Ball Screws

Precision rolled ball screws are coupled with zero backlash couplings for direct movement translation.

Profiled Linear Rails

All axis ride on profiled linear rail for precision, stability and speed.

Servo Motors

Every axis on the RM has encoder feedback position servos, including the print heads.  This gives you power, control and reliability that just isn't possible with stepper or hybrid systems.

Fabricated Rigid Heated Bed

Only 4 screws needed to adjust level. Set it and forget it. Bed capable of 150 degrees Celsius.

Dual Extruders

Dual print heads of either FFF or FGF technology give you the ability to print in dual color or with a support material. The active extruder head moves down when printing, keeping the other nozzle safely out of the way.

MHZ 2.0 Extruder

Servo driven, liquid cooled, 320 watts of heating power, dual pinch drive.  Highest flow rate in the industry. Nozzles are available from .6 to 2.4mm and are clamped in position, not screwed in. There is no joint in the heat zone so they cannot leak. They can be swapped when extruders are cold for a safer exchange.

Dyze Pulsar Pellet Extruder

Servo driven, liquid cooled, 750 watts of heating power, integrated pellet sensor and hopper. Tungsten Carbide nozzles in 1.5mm, 3mm and 5mm with anti-ooze technology.

Space Saver

Designed to be against the wall, all functions of the machine are accessed from 3 sides. This results in a reduction of required floor space, especially for a machine of this build volume.

The RM-30 series are large powerful machines, meant for really big jobs.  We have recognized the need for a more compact machine in a more economical price range,  so we are currently designing a printer to fill that niche.  We expect to unveil it soon.  Stay tuned!
